Payments for the Gord Burns Golf School
Lessons and Special Outings:

Billing for Winter Golf Schools:
50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to hold your requested date
Deposit must be received within 10 business days from the time of booking
Delinquent deposit payment will result in re-opening of date
Full balance of school payment must be received within 21 days prior to the first day of the school
If final payment is not received by the above time frame (21 days prior to 1st day of school), you will forfeit your deposit and the date will re-open.
For last minute bookings, those bookings that occur within 31 days before the first day of school, only full payment amounts are accepted
*After payments are received you will be sent back an email receipt confirming payment for your records.
Cancellation policies
If you decide to cancel your plans to attend the Gord Burns Golf School following procedure will apply:
Cancellation after deposit is received, but before full balance is paid, will result in the loss of your deposit
Cancellation after full payment is received but 14 days prior to the first day of school, will result in loss of deposit and a credit will be issued for the remaining 50% of funds received to attend the school within a 2 year period from the originally scheduled date
Cancellation after full payment is received but within 14 days of the first day of school, will result in forfeit of your payment
*All cancellations must be received in writing at the time of cancellation
Rain Policies
In the event that the weather becomes unsafe or unplayable in any way, credits will be issued to each student for time missed at the school.
For each full day missed due to inclement weather a credit for the instruction portion of the payment will be issued and shall be redeemed within a year from your school date at an amount determined by the Gord Burns Golf School
For each half day missed due to inclement weather a credit for the instruction portion of the payment will be issued and shall be redeemed within a year from your school date at an amount determined by the Gord Burns Golf School
A full missed day is considered as 4 hours of missed instruction, plus a playing lesson
A half missed day is considered as either 4 hours of missed instruction, or a playing lesson
The full day of instruction will be considered taken if a minimum of 5 hours are completed before the weather turns unplayable or unsafe
The credits issued do not include green fees
The credits issued do not include accommodations
For Toronto area attendees, credits will be issued in the form of instruction in the GTA, for attendees outside the GTA, monetary disbursements will be issued
*Before signing your contract for the Gord Burns Golf School be sure you understand all of the above policies *Once the contract is signed, all decisions made by the Gord Burns Golf School shall be final and non-negotiable
